Hyrox is a global fitness competition for everyone. Participants from all over the world compete in exactly the same format. The competition starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which is repeated 8 times, taking place in large indoor spaces, creating a unique stadium-like atmosphere for all participants.
